Fr. Joseph Eddy, O. de M.

Prayer Ministry 

Father Joseph is a Mercedarian friar who assist the foundation with our Prayer Ministry. He was born and raised in upstate Pennsylvania, and holds a B.S. in Special Education from Marywood University. He was ordained a priest within the Mercedarian Religious Order in 2008, and attended St. Charles Borromeo Seminary in Wynnewood, PA. In addition to his priestly vocation he has experience in teaching which he did upon graduating from college.

Within religious life he was formerly appointed to the Vicariate Council for the Order and served from 2009-2025. Fr Joseph has been previously assigned as a friar in
​St. Petersburg, FL; Philadelphia, PA; and Cleveland, OH. He enjoys sports especially the Chicago Bears, New York Yankees, Penn State Football, and Syracuse Basketball.​
