Fr. Joseph Eddy, O. de M.

Pastoral Consultation Priest

Father Joseph is currently the director of formation for the Order. He lives with the community at Holy Family parish, Columbus OH. He was born and raised in upstate Pennsylvania, and holds a B.S. in Special Education from Marywood University. He was ordained a priest within the Mercedarian Religious Order in 2008, and attended St. Charles Borromeo Seminary in Wynnewood, PA. In addition to his priestly vocation he has experience in teaching which he did upon graduating from college.

Within religious life he was appointed to the Vicariate Council for Order and has served since 2009. Fr Joseph has been assigned to St. Petersburg, FL; Philadelphia, PA; and Cleveland, OH. He most recently served as pastor of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel parish in Cleveland, OH. He enjoys sports especially the Chicago Bears, New York Yankees, Penn State Football, and Syracuse Basketball.​
