Fr. Matthew Phelan, O.deM.​

Fr. Matthew Phelan is the Vicar Provincial of the Order and the Pastor of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish in Philadelphia, PA. He was born and raised in Wisconsin, and has been a Mercedarian priest since 2002.​
