Carlos Solorzano,
Board Member

Carlos Solorzano was born & raised in a Roman Catholic family in Carson, CA. He graduated from St. Anthony High School in Long Beach, CA and then earned an AA in Music from El Camino Community College in Torrance, CA.
 
He earned his BA & MA in Religious Studies from Cal State Long Beach and then began his career as a high school theology teacher in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. Later, he would relocate to Tucson, AZ and continue his career as a high school theology teacher before adding college teacher and public speaker to his resume.
 
He is also a professional drummer who performs in various musical settings, a songwriter whose music has been used on films & television shows around the world, and is now getting involved with some acting in the local film scene. He sees these as opportunities to stretch himself as a person while also using this time to share his Catholic beliefs and values in real world settings.
